Not so thrilled as to the tiny directions and no link to video's for people who are new to using this system. The printed directions do not have correct wording and the pictures are too tiny to actually see. Give us user video's!!!!

Very good company and staff. I had some issues with my order and I contacted them. Lady explained that they were out of order on one item and they will ship that in a day. They shipped that fast. I was surprised that one of the higher management person also emailed me and apologies about the order delay. These things happen and due to COVID things are short, and they instead of waiting shipped the required stuff and then in second shipping send the missing item. I am very happy with the after sale service. Products I am using for few days no issues.
