We at MediSure Canada understand the burden of diabetes – both physically and mentally as well as financially. In the interest of helping those in need we established the MediSure Compassionate Program.
If you are on this page, it means you have been screened for eligibility by a diabetes professional. To take the next step in securing your FREE Test Strips – please complete the below form. Your application will be reviewed, and if approved, you will receive an email with a code for use on our online store which will bring the cost of 100 Test Strips to $0.00.
The MediSure Compassion Program is not currently accepting and new applications. Please check back in June 2022 when new registrations will be open.
